Graphic designer

I worked at Lidl for over five years, most recently as a graphic designer within the marketing team.

My work focused on developing and executing large-scale campaign materials across print and digital platforms.

Marketing leaflet &

newspaper advertisement

My main responsibility was designing visual content for both digital and printed marketing materials, including weekly leaflets and newspaper advertisements. The work involved structuring large amounts of information and turning it into clear, visually engaging layouts for customers.
 

I worked closely with multiple departments, each with their own schedules and requirements. Coordinating these inputs efficiently was an essential part of the role.
 

As part of the food marketing team, I focused mainly on food-related campaigns, while also contributing to non-food campaigns when needed. I also adapted international campaign concepts to better fit the Finnish market.

Electric sign labels

A significant part of my role was designing and developing layout systems for electronic and
printed in-store signage.

Different product types and campaigns required different structures, and I was responsible for creating and maintaining these templates so
they could be used efficiently across the team.
This work supported the production of a large volume of signage on a weekly basis.

Posters

I designed weekly campaign posters for stores across Finland. These were used in high-visibility locations, such as store entrances, and required clear communication and strong visual hierarchy.

Internal material

Occasionally, I worked on internal projects such as staff events and anniversary celebrations. These projects included creating visual identities and related materials such as posters, banners, illustrations, animations and logos.

These assignments allowed for a more

concept-driven and creative approach, while still requiring close collaboration with stakeholders.

Web material

I created a wide range of digital marketing materials, including banners and campaign visuals for online use. These were often aligned with weekly campaigns and seasonal themes.
